- The simple answer is that we can work with almost anything you can possibly send us.
- Our artists have worked on thousands of designs over the years and know how to take your concept and make it a reality.
- If you don't have a graphics background - don't worry, we do!
- If you can't draw, don't worry, we can!
- If you don't know how to translate your logo into a custom piece - don't worry, we will help you out.
- There is no need for you to find someone to draw up your piece - we can do it all for you. Send us an email, or a fax of a sketch, or any kind of file you have.
- Would you like us to reproduce an existing item - start by sending us a photo, and we can give you a quote.
- Whenever you see any of our designs, remember that the black areas are raised, and the white areas are recessed.

File Format Requirements for Production Ready Artwork: |

- This section is for the professionals who already have all of these tools, if you don't, send us whatever you have, and we can figure it out.

- Artwork submissions should be vector-based black and white artwork in digital format, we prefer RGB format.
- Any other formats such as hard copies, grayscale and color scanned images (such as .jpgs) are not considered process-ready and art charges will apply.
- BLACK REPRESENTS RAISED AREAS, WHITE IS RECESSED AREAS IN METAL.
- Please FAX hard copy of artwork and SEND artwork files: sales@acerecognition.com
- FILE SUBMISSION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Vector files (fonts outlined) preferably in .pdf format - in order of preference:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Coreldraw
- Adobe Photoshop (scans should be at least 300 dpi)
- Ensure all text is converted to curves or outlines and scans are placed or sent along as separate files (as a .tif for example).
- Files should not exceed 7 mb.
- Please zip or stuff large files whenever possible.
